Blue Whisper was established in Houma, LA. Later relocating to Houston, TX. Today you can find Heather taking pictures in Houston and the surrounding areas. Local businesses and communities have supported Blue Whisper Photography allowing us to capture your memories.

It is not only a business but an opportunity for us to share our services with others. In 2023 a decision was made to expand with Photo Booths. Frankie the Photo Bus, the iPad Photo Booth, Retro the Photo Booth and Magic Mirror the Photo Booth were purchased to add additional services for our customer’s needs.
